From a 1992 Ferrari 348 ts — the last V8 Ferrari Enzo signed off before he died, targa roof and Testarossa strakes.
This is a minimalist wallet made from the original interior of a 1992 Ferrari 348 ts (chassis no. ZFFFA36S000091597). It serves also as a cardholder. Cut from the car's black Connolly leather — the same hide that lined the seats and console.

What is this piece made from?
Every ZEITWORKS piece is made from the original interior of a specific vintage car, or from authorised reproductions of period factory textiles. Each piece is cut and assembled by hand in our studio in Snow Road Station, Ontario.
Is each piece unique?
Heritage pieces are one-of-one — built from the original interior of a single car. When that material is finished, no second piece exists. Signature pieces are made in small batches from authorised reproductions of factory textiles.
Can the piece be repaired or restored?
Yes. We have worked with leather and automotive textiles for nearly twenty years and can advise on care, repair, and restoration. Write to info@zeitworks.ca.
How does shipping and returns work?
Orders are processed within 72 hours and shipped from our Ontario studio. Returns are accepted within 72 hours of receipt, in original condition. Sale items and custom pieces are final sale.
The Car Behind This Piece

The 348 was the last V8 Ferrari developed under Enzo Ferrari's own direction — commissioned before his death in 1988 and put into production in his name. It replaced the 328 in 1989 with a 3.4-litre quad-cam V8 behind the seats, 300 horsepower, and a top speed of 171 mph. The ts badge marks the targa — Trasversale Spider — with a lift-out roof panel; the t itself points to the transverse gearbox Ferrari was proud enough to name the car after.
Pininfarina drew it under chief stylist Leonardo Fioravanti, scaling the Testarossa's language down to a smaller car — the same deep side strakes feeding air to the engine, the same wide shoulders. Inside, Ferrari trimmed the cabin in black Connolly leather, the British hide that dressed Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin and Jaguar until the tannery closed its doors in 2002. It ran across the seats, the console, and half the dashboard.
Ferrari built 4,228 of the 348 ts before the F355 replaced it in 1994. For years the 348 lived in the shadow of the cars on either side of it; lately collectors have come back to it as the last analogue, Enzo-era V8 — the end of a line. The leather in this piece came out of one specific example, chassis ZFFFA36S000091597. When it's used up, there is no second run.
