Refund policy

We try to represent our designs true to what it is and offer quality and originality. Please be aware that we are a small independent run label. We can offer exchange or refund under the following conditions
(1) Items must be returned latest 72 hours after receiving the item.
(2) Sales items and custom made items are excluded from the return - they are final sales.
(3) All goods must be returned in perfect condition along with a copy of your initial invoice. We will dismiss the returned product if:
- The product shows signs of visible use
- The product returns without original packaging and/or product tags
- The product is damaged as a result of return transport.
(4) A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price.
(5) You are responsible for shipping charges.

(7) No cost will be covered should the product/s go missing during the return shipping. We advise you to send all items back with a transport firm which provides a track & trace service.
